How We Use Google User Data
- Gmail API (gmail.readonly, gmail.send): Used to ingest customer vehicle inquiries into the DealerCore CRM "Leads" inbox and allow sales staff to send email replies directly to prospective buyers.
- YouTube Data API (youtube.upload, youtube.readonly, youtube.force-ssl): Used to publish inventory videos to the dealership's channel and enable staff to view and reply to video comments.
- Google Content API (content): Used to sync and manage vehicle inventory listings directly to Google Merchant Center for Google Shopping and Vehicle Ads.
Strict Restrictions on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
In compliance with Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy mandates:
- No AI Model Training: Raw, aggregated, or derived Google Workspace/Gmail user data is strictly never used, transferred, sold, or disclosed to create, train, fine-tune, or improve foundational or generalized artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models.
- Data Isolation: Any AI-assisted features within DealerCore (such as generating vehicle description drafts) operate independently using only static vehicle specifications entered manually by dealership staff, entirely isolated from user email data.
Data Sharing and Transfer
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to any third parties, except as necessary to provide the features described above, comply with applicable law, or protect our legal rights. Third-party infrastructure providers used by DealerCore (such as hosting and API services) are contractually bound to maintain strict data privacy and security standards and are prohibited from using Google user data for secondary model training.
